on the precipice of imminant disarster

when i once went to my dr about panic attacks i was having he told me that he wasn't surprised because as he said, " youv'e lived your whole life on the precipice of imminant disarter".

i didn't understand what he meant at the time, now i do.

he meant that the strain of living ones life beliving that the whole world is about to end and possibly you with it ( if you havn't been doing enough for jehovah, and lets face it, your never doing enough) is too much for the human mind to cope with.

PAD (Panic Anxiety Disorder) and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) both manifested themselves upon me without mercy in the mid-90's after 40 plus years of being in the Kult. My Dr. said much the same thing to me.
While suffering through these things the elders (I fucking REFUSE to capitalize that term) treated me like I was very highly infectious.
It was the beginning of my way out.
I am better now. Cognitive Dissonance almost killed me.

does the level of one's personal religious level affect what one studies in college, or even if they go to college?

Firefight at Fort Stewart!

this past weekend i went down to fort stewart.

georgia state defense force had been asked to supply troops to assist in the training for national guard preparing to deploy to afghanistan.

our job was to play the role of afghans and taliban.. gsdf has our own barracks at fort stewart.
